GLOBAL COVID-19 VACCINATION
It is known that viruses constantly change through mutation and that new variants of a virus will occur over time. But epidemiologists worry these variants will sufficiently evolve to render our current vaccines ineffective. It is therefore extremely important to vaccinate all the world's nations and stop these variants. The World Health Organization is leading and coordinating the global pandemic effort, supporting countries to prevent, detect and respond to the pandemic. And for more than 20 years, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has been committed to saving millions of lives each year by providing support for global immunizations and vaccine delivery. .
